Code of Ethics


The National Association of Experts, Writers and Speakers. (NAEWS),  has established this Code of ethics as a guide for our Members in dealing with clients and the general public. Each member agrees to conduct their business in keeping with the Code which is subject to change from time to time by authority of the Board of Directors of the Association.


WE WILL SERVE our clients with integrity, competence, and objectivity.

WE WILL DELIVER to our client all that we promised through value-added services.

WE WILL PERFORM our work as agreed and maintain a level of professional standards.

WE WILL EXPLORE each client situation to sufficient detail and gather sufficient facts to gain an understanding of their goals, the scope of assistance needed, and the possible benefits our service and technical recommendations may provide our clients.


WE REGARD our employees’ satisfaction as important as client service and company profitability. We subscribe to the premise of win, win, win.

WE WILL ASSIGN technical and support personnel to each engagement in accord with their experience, knowledge, and expertise.

WE WILL FOSTER training for all our employees on an on-going basis to improve and uphold high performance standards.

  1. Professional Responsibility

WE WILL PERFORM  jobs for which we are qualified by our experience and technical competence.

WE WILL STAND behind our work.

WE WILL NOT  provide services to a client under terms or conditions that might damage or compromise the integrity of our profession. We will follow the Golden Rule.

WE WILL NOT advertise our services in a deceptive manner.

WE WILL MAINTAIN a wholly professional attitude and behavior toward those we serve, our own employees, and the public at large.

  1. Earnings

WE WILL AGREE with our clients independently and in advance on the basis for our fees. Our fees will be commensurate with the quality of the services we deliver and the responsibility we accept.

WE BELIEVE  in the importance of maintaining a profitable business as part of our responsibility to our employees and our families.

WE WILL BE MINDFUL of the honest value received by the client and our right to an ethical profit.

  1. Social Responsibility

WE WILL BE GOOD corporate citizens.

WE WILL KEEP CONFIDENTIAL all private and confidential information of the Association and not use information or materials to which we are not specifically authorize to do so.

WE WILL REPORT violations of this Code of Ethics.


If we are not the appropriate person for the engagement, we will refer to another professional who is appropriate.

WE AGREE to stay current in our field by taking new courses both inside and outside the Association, attending trainings, and staying current on the latest industry developments.
